People make change possible. Strategy gives them a way to move through it.
Across leadership, healthcare, technology, consulting and organizational transformation, Trevor has built his work around a deceptively simple question: what will help people see the situation more clearly and take the next useful step?
His MBA and Six Sigma Black Belt practice bring rigor to that question. His instinct as a storyteller makes the answer human. Rather than burying an audience in jargon, Trevor connects strategy to recognizable moments, practical choices and the realities leaders face when the environment changes faster than the organization around them.
On stage, he is thoughtful, direct and mature in his delivery. He is at his best helping an audience reconsider a familiar problem, find the real obstacle beneath it and leave with language they can use with their own teams.
